Delete your ECCD Care Tracker account

You can request deletion of your teacher account and associated account data by emailing us from your verified teacher email.

How to request deletion

  1. Use your verified teacher email.Send the request from the same email address used for your ECCD Care Tracker account.
  2. Use the subject “ECCD Care Tracker account deletion request.”You may use the prepared email button below.
  3. State that you want the account deleted.Do not include learner names, learner IDs, assessment records, PDFs, payment credentials, OTPs, or payment screenshots.
  4. Complete account verification if requested.We may ask for limited information needed to confirm that the request belongs to the account holder.

What the request covers

After the request is verified, we will process deletion or de-identification of account information that is not required to be retained. This includes, as applicable:

  • the teacher account profile and account access;
  • registered-device and active-session access connected to the account;
  • subscription status and access entitlements;
  • account-linked support or service information that is not required to be retained;
  • account-linked app-use information where it remains identifiable.

We will reply to the verified teacher email when the request has been completed or if more information is needed.

Information that may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for legal obligations, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, service integrity, dispute handling, or enforcement of our terms. This can include payment records, transaction references, audit history, deletion-request correspondence, and records needed to show that a request was completed.

Aggregate statistics that do not identify the teacher, child, class, or school may also be retained. PayMongo, Brevo, hosting providers, and email providers may retain information under their own legal obligations and retention policies.

Delete data stored on your phone separately

Your local workspace is separate from your online account

Sending an account-deletion email does not automatically remove the local workspace or exported PDFs from your phone.

  • Before signing out or losing account access, open Account in ECCD Care Tracker and use Erase local workspace data.
  • Delete exported PDFs manually from Downloads or the document location where you saved them.
  • Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes app-private local data, but it may not delete PDFs already exported outside the app.
